Just Coasting is a refreshing and luxurious waterfront retreat with all the bells and whistles! As you enter the home the large front porch welcomes you and your guests, then you are greeted with a sunlit open floor plan and views that complement the homes' 140 feet of shoreline on the main channel of Lake Norman!

This open concept home is perfect for bringing the family together, and is sure to keep guests of all ages entertained! The stunning master suite has two en-suite bathrooms and a large sofa for reading, watching tv, or just enjoying the view! The upper level movie room with electric reclining chairs and the game room on the lower level elevates the experience and memories you will make. Make some popcorn and enjoy movies, billiards, ping pong, arcade games, shuffleboard, and foosball in the comfort of your home!

You are going to want to spend your days and nights in this resort-like yard. Between the oversized deck, pool and spa combo, outdoor kitchen, and dock each of your guests will find the escape they've been looking for.

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

*** Free early check-in / late check-out applies to Friday through Sunday bookings only. Check-in Friday at 2pm and check-out Sunday at 7pm, subject to availability, excludes holidays and must contact us to confirm eligibility
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations
*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily
*** Pool season is Memorial Day to Labor Day
*** Pool off season, $100 per day to heat the pool

*** Elevator is for elderly and handicap use only, guests are required to inform guest relations of need before arrival
