I have stayed there many times however now they have a policy of not valeting trucks!!! The guy at the valet called the manager about it and the manager wouldnā€™t even come down to look at what was going on. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will not be going back.

This was a very nice hotel and the front desk staff Angel (not sure if I said that right) was super sweet and nice when I checked in. The restaurant located in the hotel was even better and convenient. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Charlotte. Cons: I never got housekeeping services not sure if it is because I stayed for two nights
