The hotel is very run down. The room had an odor which I later found out was a pet friendly room. The carpet was dirty. The check in was decent and service was decent.

Online representation of this property is a total fraud. Rooms and halls are filthy beyond belief. Elevator was out of order and no working air conditioner in our fifth floor room. We left and went elsewhere without a refund. Criminal activity should be investigated.

My stay here is always good, since it’s pet friendly you get used to the barking. The pool is still closed so that was a bummer but overall I’ll be back again.

This hotel has been going down hill for years now. Rooms were not cleaned properly, carpets are filthy, puke on the steps, the pool that we were told was open hadn't been opened since last year. This is far below Windham standards. It needs to be closed and renovated i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Would not recommend hallway smelled awful. The outside door kept getting stuck. There wasn’t no ice in the machines on none of the floors. It was garbage inside the room where the ice machine was. The carpet throughout the whole way and inside the room was nasty and dirty.

I was unable to utilize the pool which was one of the main reasons I booked the room. My kids and I were very disappointed. Then to top it off one of the elevators was broken so we had to walk extra long to get to our room. The halls in the hotels and the elevator was always hot and smelly. Overall our trip was a 5/10

Old but has everything you need
This is a 2 star property. It seems to be a very old building, with old and outdated furniture and amenities. They have a long way to revamp the hotel but seems they are slowly doing it. Nevertheless it has everything you need, comfortable bed, amenities. The free breakfast is very basic. No eggs. They were kind to let us checkout an hour later.

The hotel was overall dirty. Lobby was clean, but everywhere else not so much. Room/bed was also clean, but even carpets in the room were nasty. Only 1 elevator working in the entire building. Felt like it had been that way for a while. Pool was closed - waiting on inspection. Also felt like that was a long term situation. Said no smoking anywhere, but don't look outside where people were smoking, drinking and visiting all hours of the night. I even found an empty wine bottle in the window seal of my "clean" room when I checked in. I left after 2 nights - was supposed to be there 8. Still haven't gotten my credit.

Its so outdated. Rugs are damped and filthy. Staff some are decent. Breakfast is bagels put on a table with cream cheese coffee and tea. Nowadays some of us chose a healthy lifestyle hence not one for all. Besides rugs are so filthy tables are not wiped down how does one enjoy the best meal of the day. Definitely not the level of service you promise and deliver
