Property is old, expensive and rundown. The elevators do not work right you never know what floor you’re gonna end up on. The decor is horrible on the room floors. The rooms are tiny. The bathroom is barely manageable. save your money and go to the Sheridan next-door. We paid over $600 for two nights.

Everything was excellent Except for the elevators. We were on the 12th floor and after waiting over 10 minutes had to take the stairs down 12 flights with our suitcases. We ended up on the basement and the cleaning staff had to direct us as to where the other exit was to get to the lobby. We were lucky that we didn't miss our Uber who waited patiently for us outside the hotel to bring us to the airport. There were no signs anywhere indicating that the elevators weren't working
