The property is large and confusing to around, from the parking garage to the front desk feels like an endless journey, recommend walking around and through the front entrance. The room was well decorated and our view was beautiful. The king sized bed was very comfortable. It is quite noisy & the toilet is insanely loud when flushing. The bathroom is also very small. Average spot for a quick stay, probably fun for large parties.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because you must pay to park even if you paid for a room at this hotel. Other than that 1 issue I enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful and clean property. Displeased that staff would not let us in due to key/door malfunction late at night. Urged 3 women to walk around the building at midnight to find a door that worked. This felt unsafe and unaccompanied to the guests

The hotel smelled like propane. The bathroom counter was dirty. My coffee maker did not work properly. When I asked for a new coffee maker, I just got more coffee pods and creamer. The restaurant was not worth the price.

Wonderful stay ..not the most welcoming at Check In. Idk if the young gentleman was training the other guy on the system that he didnā€™t give me detail attention. We didnā€™t know where things were located , anything's about breakfast or etc. Usually when checking in front staff will give u a guide where things located, about WiFi, etc. the housekeepers were the most friendliest and welcoming even though English was not šŸ’Æ percent.

The room was freezing cold at 56 degrees and there was no way of adjusting the temperature. After many calls we were told by a maintenance personal over an hour later that the only option was to turn off the unit completely which we had already done and that was that. Receiving extra bedding proved to be just as challenging and I had a check out via email since nobody was manning the front desk for my departure. It is a nice enough hotel however the level of customer service was disappointing.
