Everything was clean and everything i would need was available. Location was great, walked to nearly everything. Drove to the gym and store which were just minutes away. Side porch swing would have been nice, but very dirty, lots of cat hair, but the one eyed cat was really friendly.

Lovely Stay
We were in Mooresville for two nights to celebrate my uncles retirement. This was the perfect little house for our trip. We were close to anything we needed and the house was cozy & welcoming. I would definitely rebook this property if I needed a spot in Mooresville again.

Moorseville GOC rally
Very clean and very well located . Lots of space and very modern. 4 of us stayed and were very pleased. The neighbors were very nice. When the add says walking distance to everything it really is. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Spent 4 nights here while visiting my son. The house is great! Super clean with no issues checking in or anything with the house. We really enjoyed sitting on the side porch. If we visit Moorseville again, we will stay here again.

This was our second time staying in the home for 10 days. The house is very clean, very well kept exceptional family home with all amenities. In a good area close to many restaurants and the antique mall. Hosts are very friendly and quick to reply, excellent communication. Will definitely be returning again next year.

Everything at this location is always perfect. When we come back again to visit family in Mooresville we will try and have this property again. It is such a fantastic place to stay . Everything that we needed was there. Kim Brown is amazing.

Older home with recent updates and well maintained. Well supplied. Large yard in the back was perfect for outside time with family. Located on a busy street but the neighborhood was quiet and the street noise was not noticeable in the home. Easy to find and great location. Very close to downtown with easy access to shopping and restaurants. It was very comfortable and met our needs perfectly. This was our first VRBO experience and we couldn't be more pleased!

Perfect for us!
From the moment we walked in we immediately felt comfortable. The house was super clean, inviting and had so much to offer we never felt like we were "not home". Whenever we had a question or concern, we reached out to the homeowner (even before our trip) and they both could not have been any kinder and informative. Overall AMAZING EXPERIENCE and we will hopefully be back soon to either this property or any other they own.

Cute little house
We stayed for a month. The location was perfect for us. We walked to shops and restaurants and it was a short drive to visit family. The house is older and had a few issues that were addressed quickly. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. My husband didn’t find the couch comfortable but I found it ok, depending on where I sat. The other living room chairs were good. The house is located on a busy street. If you want to walk someplace, you will have to cross the street to get to the sidewalk.
