Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This newly renovated 3 BR 2 BT bungalow is walking distance to over 19 restaurants and bars in and around the Plaza Midwood area. Its central location puts you 10 minutes to downtown Charlotte.

The Space:
The bungalow provides a living room with a large sectional sofa and tv, a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishware and small appliances. The kitchen table includes seating for six.
The bungalow includes a Master bedroom with a King bed and attached bathroom (walk in shower) and two bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bathroom (bath tub). All bedrooms have tv's and room darkening curtains.
There is also a washer and dryer as well as a desk/work area.
Outside in the back yard, there is a fire pit and underneath (inside) the house is a ping pong table and casual seating.

The Neighborhood:
Plaza Midwood has several restaurants, bars all in walking distance from the house. Close to downtown.

Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was available. The was more than enough space for us to spread and also come together. It was a nice change to go downstairs and enjoy the game room! My nieces, sister and I were visiting Charlotte and needed a place to stay close to downtown. This house is the perfect location close to everything from shopping, restaurants to special events. The house was cozy, charming , and comfy. The host was super attentive and responsive. We loved the black out curtains! Slept like babies! Check in and out was very smooth! I HIGHLY recommend staying here!
