Stayed here due to a 1 am flight late arrival for one night. Wow, what a ghetto experience. Never again. Charlotte as a city has went downhill terribly. This place even asked for a smoking deposit, when i told them i never smoke, period. Disgusting experience.

Front desk person was rude and unprofessional. He accused me of trying to use someone else's credit card. Even though it was my company credit card and refused to send an authorization and made me pay for the room. It was already paid for by my organization. My room had a broken TV and chair and when I asked for my room to be changed he tried to put me in a connecting room with road workers next door. So I ended up going back to the original room. I told him that I did not want to be charged for the broken items. The breakfast had molded muffins and over cooked what looked like sausage links. When I asked for a manager l, he said that she would not be in until Wednesday. I never got to see her.

Nasty, dirty. Flying bugs, fruit flies in room. No toilet paper or towel rack in bathroom. Dirty fridge. Stained linens and bedspread. No suitcase rack, no curtains in room. I went to front desk to ask for bug spray, and he gave me an unmarked bottle of spray that was window cleaner. Completely gross! Definitely pass on this one!!!

Rhis is a drug hotel the first thing i seen was a drug deal in the hallway when i was on my way to my room after checking in . Then i went ro the front desk and told them the lady acted so surprised but come on now for real i askes for my mo ey back and because i went threw a app no refund i will never stayat a sleep inn again a terrible experience

Dirty shower with multiple hairs in it, floors and toilet were visibly dirty. I wondered if the room was even cleaned. I booked online and they didnā€™t have the room I booked available when i showed up so i was stuck with a different configuration. Overall ratty spot.

Settled on this place in a pinch with a cancelled flight at CLT. I didnā€™t expect much but figured it wouldnā€™t be terrible based on other Sleep Inns that Iā€™ve stayed at before. There was functional hot water in the sink but somehow not in the shower. There were strange brown liquid spots on various surfaces that were easily wiped up (by me, not the housekeeping staffā€¦ yikes). There was also a single waspā€™s nest on the window valance (thankfully no wasp to be found). Property generally felt safe, so thatā€™s a plus. Didnā€™t really try the breakfast since they were out of coffee cups and thatā€™s mainly what I wanted. Maybe youā€™ll have better luck than I did. Wouldnā€™t recommend to anyone.
