The room was comfortable but a little worn. The bed and pillows were quite good and the room was clean. There is some renovation work going on which will make the property more appealing. The breakfast and coffee is not free and only consists of a small selection of some items on a cart. There are no hot items. We did sleep well and the room was clean. We did expect more of a breakfast for what we paid.

The hotel was being painted and had put up a thick plastic sheet over the window for privacy. This had the effect of making the room effectively windowless. This should have been pushed out to the booking sites--and I'd have offered something, e.g. free cookies as a token of recognition of the inconvenience. There wasn't any breakfast, just a plate with an unappetizing looking bagel available for purchase. When I'd asked about breakfast, I was told 7 to 10. The person might have told me that they were referring to the availability of a plate for purchase--and I'm not sure why it would be cut off at 10 anyway. The staff was not particularly welcoming. The parking required putting a card with a handwritten date on the dashboard, which required trudging back out to the car after checkin.

Bathroom wasn’t clean bed under covers was wet, AC in room wasn’t working. Did I mention the person who checked me in wasn’t friendly or speak at all I implied my payment for deposit and had to as when signatures where required and the guy seemed very bothered and didn’t feel the need to explain as if I should’ve already know.

The couch and sofa were old, soiled and lumpy. Plus the toilet wouldn't flush. And I couldn't set the room temp to my preference. Needless to say I didn't stay even 1 night.

It’s ok but not worth the price.
The staff were nice but the building felt worn out and grungy. The carpeting is really old and the elevator was creaky and worried me some. There was bits of trash here and there in the hallways. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and made my back sore but everyone is different there.
