Clean and pleasant accommodations, staff were professional and very nice, tasty breakfast, and reliable airport shuttle. The shuttle left the hotel exactly on time and dropped us off less than minutes later. I realize traffic conditions can definitely have an effect on this, but to me it indicated I made a good choice based on the hotelā€™s proximity to the airport and good shuttle service provided. Excellent overall, and my second good experience with Tru in Charlotte- the other location had similar good qualities. Weā€™ll be using Tru every time we fly out of Charlotte now!
