Showed up with police everywhere in the property. Checked in to the room and it was very dirty. Switched to a new room but someone was already occupying the room. No clean room available. Had to leave the property because the room was too dirty

I told the manager when I left that staying here was like death by a million cuts. Started as soon as we got to our room. There was what looked like an ice cream wrapper on the floor and there were small pieces of debris on the floor. It was only picked up after I asked them to. No one ever did sweep or vacuum the floor. The coffee carafe in our room had a hole the size of a pencil eraser in it. When I asked for a new carafe, I was told there were none and we should use the coffee machine in the lobby. Eventually, the manager told the woman at the front desk to go to an unoccupied room and grab a carafe. On the second day, I got up, made coffee and walked into the bedroom to get dressed. I went to put on my sandals on and my feet were filthy. What I thought was a grainy texture was actually dirt on the floor. As soon as my daughter woke up, I told her to wash her feet off and not to go barefoot. When we left and came back that day, no one was at the front desk. On the third morning, I flipped on the light over the sink in the bathroom (had been using the overhead light until then). The top of the light was encrusted with dirt, dust and bugs! And so it went. I spoke with the manager and he said they had been purchased by Wyndham and there wasn't much he could do. I did notice a review by another guest the same day we were there that was a 10/10. Not sure they were staying...Ironically, I believe we were the only people on the wing we were staying (Room 119).

Dog poop on the side walks going out to the parking lot and also in the hallway outside of our room. Trash strewn on the sidewalk and all around an empty dumpster That includes cigarette butts and empty beer bottles. The back hallway was also disgusting with trash and apparently hadn’t been cleaned or swept for sometime Musty odor throughout the building. the hallway. Garbage strewn all around the dumpster, cigarette butts everywhere, empty beer bottles around the grounds outside. Musty odor throughout the building. The furniture in our room was stained and the cleaned towels were also stained It was apparent to us that people live in this hotel. Shouting, screaming and slamming doors

Everything was filthy. All of the furniture in the hotel room was disgusting. I didn’t want to sit down. The facilities and property appeared newer and well kept, but the furniture in the room was disgusting. There was a distinct odor around the entire property. The location is not close to anything and was isolated next to a few office buildings.

If the room was apartment was properly cleaned it would have been great value. Price was right but needed the property clean. Floors sticky dirty, other people's hairs in both beds, make-up stain on a towel, sofa and kitchen chairs heavily stained. It's disappointing because for this reason we won't be able to go back again.

Arrived a little after midnight no one was at the front desk but the guys in the back of the lobby advised me to dial 0 for service. Female came right out wearing 5 gold chains dressed in a Nike suit. She was nice. Went to our rm which had a broken tv. Moved to another room which was not clean to my standard. Glue and glitter on the arm of the couch. Curly hair in bathroom walls. Throughout the stay sketch men lingered on elevators and lobby making me feel unsafe. Saw a female running for her life out of the back door. Brought it too a different front desk workers attn but she didn’t seemed concerned.

When we got to the property we had to wait for the front desk as they were on call. One of the rooms we rented was dirty so he had to get another one. The bed was very uncomfortable, our tv did not work and our bathroom door was broken. The price was reasonable but think they could do a lot better on keeping up the rooms.
