I really can't recommend this hotel
We got up early to get ready to go to the airport and there was no running water. Really, I think they should refund a significant portion of the price we paid. And the bed was lower than usual and so firm that we slept very little.

This property had a water main break so had no water for showers or toilets. They had been texting me through the day, but failed to mention this. After 14 hours of total international travel this hotel left us in the cold. No shuttle and 2 cab rides later we slept at the airport. Awful experience

A very nice hotel, so close to the airport and the front desk manager was so nice and helpful with options for parking our car and helping to find dinner locations nearby. This will be our new go-to hotel for all travel when we go in and out of the airport.

What I liked was the convenience of being close to the airport but that convenience came with the downfall of the noise of the airplanes as they came to land. The hotel offered courtsey shuttle to and from the airport. the only bad part was there was no shuttle service for a three hour span of time between 1-4 pm. So you either had to leave before 1 pm or get to the airport on your own.

Room was very clean and well presented the bed was comfortable and slept rather well. My only problem and this is a nit picky issue not to really be listened to, i was a tiny bit annoyed at having to get up to go across the room to the thermostat. Other than that it was a great stay.

Excellent Hotel Great Front Desk Staff
We parked our car here for a week while traveling to Reno and stayed at the hotel on the departure night and the return night. The hotel was very clean and modern. The lady at the front desk had exceptional customer service skills and was a delight. Everything was very organized and our stay here was very relaxing.
