I loved how the staff greeted you with courtesy. The restaurant staff at Root 29 was excellent and very hospitable to the guest. The front desk staff was very pleasant to all guest.

One of the dirtiest hotels we have ever stayed in. Mold growing in the shower and the room smelled like dirty laundry. Very disappointed and the front desk only said, ā€˜we will clean itā€™. Disappointing Double Tree, very disappointing.
