No Hot Tub use after 10pm

Love having French Press Coffee on Adirondack Chairs by the Koipond, reading/sunbathing on the back patio by the hot-tub, or grilling on the guest patio.

Easily walkable to downtown pedestrian mall. Walk to the best restaurants. Bakery, Coffee Shops, and Market just two long blocks away. 1 guest space directly outside the door and unlimited public parking on the street in front of the house.

New Year Jaunt
We were looking for a place close to our daughter so we could spend New Yearā€™s Eve and her twins birthdays with them. This house was perfect. It was in walking distance of her house and anything else we needed. The hosts were so kind and thoughtful. We loved it and weā€™ll stay there again when we come back.

Perfection in Eugene!
We loved everything about this home, the location, cleanliness, outdoor space, neighborhood and nearby activities! The beds were very comfortable and everyone had their own space. We loved the common areas, the layout of the house was really great with everyone having their own quarters. We made breakfast for 7 each morning, and enjoyed coffee while relaxing in the living room. The outdoor space was beautiful, we loved the outdoor patio and enjoyed the trees! The home is nestled in a very friendly community, it was quiet at night. The ping pong table in the garage was an added bonus!

Ideal location and good for family/friend group
Park Street is a beautiful location in a tree-lined residential neighborhood that quiets down at night. The walk to the Downtown Mall is lovely and passes by Historic Court Square. I selected this listing for my visiting friend group because of the location, and it could not have been better. While this is a basement apartment, it has three separate sleeping rooms (plus I suppose another sleeping space in the living/gathering area). The two full bathrooms are well equipped and the compact kitchen fully functional, particularly for those who are visiting and probably having most of their meals out. Our group was three women, all above age 70, and we felt safe and comfortable. The property manager was exceptionally responsive and flexible, and the owners, whom we met over our three nights there, were warm and helpful. This is an excellent location for those who want to explore Charlottesville and downtown.

We really enjoyed the hot tub after the race we competed in on Saturday. It would have been nice to know if we could have used the screened in porch. All in all it was very enjoyable and in a quiet neighborhood.

Perfect cozy apartment
The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. All the little details were most appreciated....such as the plentiful outlets and the motion activated lights at the entrance. Great location, comfortable, clean, and all the amenities we needed. We loved the hot tub under the stars! The apartment slept 7 but there was only one couch that fit 3 people, so lounging space was limited, therefore the price seemed a bit high for what was there.

Lovely quiet estate
Ivy Springs is beautiful and quiet home that is perfect for a large family and/or gathering of friends. An inviting pool, hot tub, lake for paddling and fishing. Something for everyone plus a fully stocked kitchen with patio grilling. Not to be missed and enjoyed! Would def stay again!

The apartment was in a nice location and was wonderfully stocked. It was more than 2 blocks from the Mall, however we didn't mind too much as we like to walk. Only issue was with it being an older home it was a bit loud at night from the upstairs tenant.

The location is nice. Close to historic downtown mall. Neighborhood is nice - quiet. Plenty of room in bedrooms. Living room is a little tight. We didnā€™t cook, but it was nice having the shampoo, conditioner, TP, trash bags, dish soap, coffee, etc provided. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
