This hotel was not up to the standards of a Red Roof Inn, or of any operational hotel chain in the world. The soap dispenser by the sink would only dispense a tiny drip of soap and the body wash dispenser in the bath tub did not work at all. The remote for the tv did not work and was covered in chocolate. When we called the front desk to tell them about the soap dispensers, they were rude and told us to use the shampoo instead. At checkout, front desk staff didnā€™t ask how our stay was, apparently because they do not care about customer satisfaction at all.
