In the heart of the vineyards of Chateauneuf-du-Pape, this Provencal house is ideally located surrounded by vineyards but 2 minutes from the village center with a breathtaking view of the castle.
10 minutes from Orange and 15 minutes from Avignon, an ideal location to discover Provence.
The house is close to the two motorways A7 and A9 (10 and 15 min) which makes it easy to get a day at the sea and come back to sleep.
The house is spacious and bright.

Même si le jardin est plus petit qu'il ne le semblait sur la photo, la maison est très propre et les propriétaires qui habitent juste derrière assurent quotidiennement la propreté de l'ensemble et l'entretien de la piscine .. ils sont également très disponibles. Idéalement située, pas trop près du centre mais pas trop loin pour aller chercher son pain à pied .. le bruit de la circulation est loin d'être terrible contrairement à ce un commentaire que j'avais vu. Les camions n'ayant plus le droit de traverser le village, ceci explique peut être cela. Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Nous avons passé deux belles semaines ..
