I really enjoyed the location and the area of the hotel. However, I had some issues with my room. The bathroom sink was clogged, and despite my two requests for it to be fixed, it wasn't taken care of by the time I checked out. Additionally, I didn't receive any towels or cloths for the second day of my stay.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on site I did have a little issue with the deposit incidentals hold because I was told by reservations that there was not a fee unless you had a pet so I was not really prepared for that and they were training a new gentleman so he told me wrong on what kind of card I could use so it ended up costing me more up front than the 50 but he was in learning he was in training so I'm good very friendly very helpful very wonderful property definitely will be back

When we arrived at the resort there was a note stating that the Front Desk person had stepped away and would be back shortly. Waited a little over 7 mins for them to get back so we could get checked in. Hotel parking isn’t great as it is shared with a mall and restaurant. When we got to the room it had a weird smell, when I laid down on my pillow it had an odor to it as it flattened. You can’t take a shower and have someone getting ready because the areas are in the same section so you can see the person showering. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

We love Aloft hotels, great deal for the money. WXYZ Lounge on the roof is wonderful. Not a fan of the parking here, shared parking with Dave & Buster’s and the Cheesecake Factory. But that won’t deter us from coming back
