On the site it says parking available, however it is valet parking only. That was a shock for us. If we knew that we would have booked elsewhere. The people were very nice & helpful. It is a new building.

Be aware of paid parking
I’m curious as I saw a review from June 2024 stating the parking was only $15 at the time but it’s def 22 ($25 with tax) per night to valet park. I do wish I would have paid attention before booking but when I visited, there is no parking anywhere in the area so I think the valet is more so to make sure we have room to park so I don’t hate it but I would’ve booked someplace else maybe if I had known beforehand. This “feature” needs to be in the main description in my opinion. I think you have to “view all” to see the full list of features which is where it says there is paid parking. That being said, the valet team members were very nice. I did appreciate their help with unloading and loading my luggage. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but it the room itself was very clean. No hand soap and no conditioner. I don’t think this was in the description, but there is a microwave, coffee machine, and fridge in the room which was super convenient especially for a multiple day stay. I also really like the options while checking in to add (for a fee of course) the “late check out (1pm) as well as “very late check out” (3pm) if needed. I believe they also have options for early check in. Not much a of view due to other buildings, but there actually were some mountains in the distance which was pretty

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. We stayed in 517 which is close to the elevator. The only annoying thing was the sound of the elevator bell could be heard from our room. We couldn’t get our tv to work but it turned out we didn’t have the remote control for the Direct tv. This was quickly sorted by the hotel staff. Breakfast was ok but I would suggest upgrading the quality of your plastic cutlery was it was very flimsy and easily breakable when using.

False Smoking charge, dishonest GM
Nice property but the GM is a bit dishonest. Somehow they charged me with a smoking fee, said they called me about it after I checked out. I never received a call and when I called them it was a very weird call on which he was trying to get his maintenence guy on the phone with me. I dont smoke, have never been charged with such a fee and felt insulted to have to then sort things out with my bank. Will never stay here or any other LaQuinta property.
