Terrible night's sleep!
We were here for one night traveling from Texas to North Carolina. The room was nice and the front desk service checking in was great. However at 11:30 p.m. the children above us we're running around jumping knocking over things and keeping us awake. We called the front desk and asked if they could go and check and ask them to keep it down, but 55 minutes later they were still jumping up and down screaming yelling. It was the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. I'm very disappointed that the front desk did not help us with this situation even though we called them. Finally at 12:15 12:30, things were quiet but it started up again at 5:20 a.m.

We always stop at this La Quinta because it is right off the highway. They ha wa pretty good breakfast and a nice big gas station across the street. They have good coffee too.

DIRTY! There was black hairs in/on the bed and in the shower! Also, the mattress on the pullout couch was absolutely DISGUSTING! Huge nasty stain all over it. The smoke detector was hanging out of the wall. Horrible, nasty experience.

Bed very comfortable though!
The walls are very thin. I could hear the guy next to us snoring all night long. The people that were upstairs of us had children that were running around till 11 o’clock at night. I did call the front end desk and they said give them a little while they just got there to settle down And the outdoor noise was very loud so not very insulated. We could hear everything that was going on all around us all night long.

I loved the dog area. There where doggie bags for the dogs mess. It needs to be cleaned, but the availability was great.

When we arrived check in process went ok. The gentleman seemed a bit over what he was doing, but when we got to the room that’s where the trouble began. The bathroom door had a hinge that was broken and would not close properly. The shower would not drain and the handles on the dresser were coming off. We ended up finding another hotel and when I checked out early the same gentleman could have cared less. Don’t waste your time here
