Very noisy heard a dog in the lobby barking at 4 am, slamming doors & just vacuuming upstairs. Loud In General. Also you do not stay in a train car unless you maybe call ahead and speak with someone? So the photos make you think different. Ok hotel, for the money could have stayed at a nicer place.

The corridors, the room and the restaurant were all very dim. Even with every light on in the room it was too dark. The mattress was not comfortable and needs replaced. The front desk attendants were very nice and attentive!

Amazing staff, but room was less so. Bed was comfortable, but only had a duvet - missing sheet and blanket (belowing freezing temps). Power outlet on nightstand did not work. Shower did not drain well. Gold fixtures in bathroom were pretty discolored. Complimentary coffee in room, but tea only available by request for small fee. No room service options for breakfast.

I would have given 5 stars all around except our hot water in our train car lasted 5 minutes. A cold shower in 30 degree weather was not what I would call relaxing. Everything else was great!

We stayed in one of the train cars & would def recommend it but would ask if they had one that the beds didn’t possible butt up to each other. We heard a couple’s argument to their raunchy makeup sesh to snoring like a new chainsaw til 6am. Other than that…it was perfect! The bathroom floor is heated & a nice surprise. Great location!
