Weekend stay
Very impressed with the furnishings and cleanliness of our efficiency-type unit. Comfortable bed (memory foam mattress, we think!). Facility is adjacent to a busy road so passing traffic can be heard, but when the A/C unit is running it is not that noticeable. Small refrigerator, microwave and "kitchen sink" are included in the unit. We'd recommend also having a set for 2 (plates, bowls + flatware) available in this unit for guest use (to use at breakfast, for example).

The location was beautiful and the room was newly remodeled. The kitchenette was very useful and the appliances were cute and retro. The staff checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. The view of the mountains was incredible. Very nice stay!

I can appreciate the attempt to convert a roadside motel into something much more modern than the original. The location itself is convenient because you’re next to Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls, Sunset Rock, and Point Park. However, be advised it is literally road front property so if you’re looking for a quiet getaway then this is not it because you’ll hear the traffic all day and night. With respect to cleanliness, it was suitable with the exception of a few cobwebs and dust bunnies on the walls. The bathroom was a tight squeeze for anyone who is a larger person in height or shape - the toilet is wedged between the shower stall and wall. The bathroom was clean, just not size inclusive. I notified the property manager of some issues that we noticed/experienced and they were quick to acknowledge them. All in all, I feel like the condition of the room and other items mentioned here did not justify the nightly rate I paid ($400 ).

Loved this motel. I think that all of their rooms are different. Mine was perfect for me. King size bed, small fridge, microwave, Keurig, sink. Bathroom was clean. Floors were hardwood look; easier to keep clean. Small table and chairs. Cute, simple decor. Very convenient to Lookout Mountain/Ruby Falls.

Great location to Ruby Falls and other attractions. Comfortable beds and pretty clean. The bathroom could use some work, no shelves in shower for toiletries and water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors. Overall it was a good stay for the price.

We didn't know what to expect. Drove in late at night, at first i was a little worried Looked like Bates Motel. The minute we opened the door to euro 13 my fears went away It was very welcoming and very clean. Everything you need is in the roo. From cute retro mini fridge to farmhouse sink. Bed was very comfy. Loved the water pressure in the shower! It is very close to hwy, so we brought our own noise machine, it did the job perfectly. No complaints about this property. We will definitely be back.

This is a very quaint place. The amenities need some TLC (picnic tables and games). It didn’t bother us as we didn’t use them. We spent most of the time away exploring the mountains. I would stay here again. As far as the room goes, it was small but enough for the two of us and our 4-night stay. We loved the area and close to everything!! Cute little lodge. We enjoyed our stay.

Our lodge was very nice! It was clean and easily accessible. It was very close to many coffee shops and restaurants. It is right off the highway, so you can here vehicles outside your window, but it didn’t bother us much. We would 10/10 stay again and recommend.

Nice attached cottages with ample parking. No recycling container is available. Fridge and microwave. Our fridge's freezer compartment needed defrosting as we couldn't fit our ice packs. Kind of loud from street noise after 7 am until 11 pm. People next to our cabin where loud and didn't seem to care there were other guests. Close to all major area attractions. Grocery store 6 minutes away. Easy to get into cottage.

The room was compact, but neat as a pin and well appointed. The only issue was the major street noise especially overnight. They do provide a white noise machine, but ear plugs are really the only solution. It was easy to get to town in just a few minutes.

This motel was wonderful for a family vacation visit to Chattanooga! Great location very close to Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls, Rock City, and Sunset Rock. The rooms are clean and exactly as described. The managing company was wonderful with communication giving us driving directions, door passcode, and checking on us throughout our stay. All of the essentials are provided: Keurig coffee pot, coffee pods, creamer, dish towel, paper towels, mini fridge and microwave. Basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hair dryer all provided. Plenty of bath towels and comfortable beds. The outside area is very peaceful and relaxing. Grill, outdoor games, lounge chairs and fire pit all available to guests. Lots of local restaurants, fast food, Walmart, convenient stores close by. This is way better than staying at a chain hotel in the city. Our kids loved lounging at the motel playing outdoors. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend :)
