The fully equipped kitchen opens onto this space, perfect for sharing good times. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90*200) and built-in cupboards, ensure optimal rest. The bathroom with shower, as well as the independent WC, add to the comfort of this place. Note that heating is extra. Outside, a common garden accessible from the courtyard offers a grassy area where you can gather around the barbecue provided. An Ideal Location for Lovers of Discovery: this cottage is perfectly located for exploring the local wonders. Discover the Medieval City of Pérouges, the fascinating Bird Park of Villars-les-Dombes, and the charming village of Meximieux with its historic church and wooden stalls. Venture into the mysterious Caves of La Balme, or enjoy outdoor activities with several golf courses and rivers ideal for fishing nearby. In addition, Lyon, with its cultural and gastronomic wealth, is only around thirty kilometers away. The Plaine de l'Ain industrial zone is also located a short distance away, only 10 minutes, in perfect agreement with all requests for professional stays.
