This 1,000 square foot, the single level condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with TV/DVD, and access to a patio. The condo sleeps 6 with a deluxe queen air mattress, and built in electric pump. Additionally, the condo has a chair that converts to a single bed (futon style) in the living room." The private patio offers a gas BBQ grill, and you'll also have access to a community outdoor pool and shared a hot tub.

This delightful condo is located across the street from Don Morse City Park as well as public lake access. Nice getaway place.
The condo has been updated from pictures. Very nice inside and comfortable. The place is convenient to downtown and walked to town frequently. The only major complaint is the service from Vacasa. We were out of propane. Requested it on the night we arrived. It took 2 days to have them get back to us but no longer needed it. They locked us out of the unit the night before departure. Spent 15 minutes and finally got a new code.

I would give this a 5 star rating, but have to go to 4 1/2 because I did not care for the mattress topper. Clean, fully equipped, nice view. Walking distance to Chelan and its parks.

Our family booked this condo as a somewhat last minute getaway and stayed for 2 nights. It was perfect for our needs and we wished we could have stayed longer. Much to our surprise, the condo had been updated from the picutes online. It was well stocked with everything we needed, clean and comfortable. The condo was close to all the things we wanted to do while in Chelan. We definetly plan to be back to this property.

The condo has been completely renovated and updated. It is beautiful! The location is very close to town and easily accessible to all attractions in the area. The condo was impeccably cleaned and ready for us. The beds were comfortable. A great place to stay in the Chelan area.

This property has been fully renovated since the pictures were taken. Nicely decorated and very clean and tidy. The only issue is a very noisy furnace system that we had to turn off to hear ourselves think.

I traveled with my eleven and fifteen year old, and the condo was wonderful. Nice pool, quiet, close proximity to town, plenty of amenities making it feel at home. Management was also very helpful.

Our stay at the Park Pointe condo was okay. There were a lot of spiders in the unit, which wasn't ideal. The condo didn't seem very clean. Parking passes are required for the parking lot, but the unit did not come with any passes, so that was a bit of a mess when we first checked in.

Great location
We've stayed here before and always enjoy it. Large units, nice swimming pool, easy walk to the beach and short walk to town. Theres a new coffee shop right next door which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely plan to stay again.
