This beautiful, newly built home is 30 mins up in the hills from downtown Chelan. If you're looking for seclusion, peace & quiet and incredible views, The Ridge House is a perfect fit! Spend several days here away from it all, then plan for a day in town wine tasting, trying out some great restaurants, boating, hiking, etc.

Please take note that this home is overlooking Lake Chelan in an area called Union Valley. There are two ways to drive up into Union Valley, one short and steep, the other longer but smoother. Both roads are dirt roads and the short and steep road is not well maintained. More detailed instructions will be provided to guests to help best navigate to the home.

CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RIDGE HOUSE:
1. Max Occupancy: 8 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles and one boat/jet ski trailer
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash shall be left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans

VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts to lose their permit to operate

The home is nicely equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay with a large open kitchen, stunning dining table, comfortable beds and views from every room. Even the over-sized shower in the primary bedroom ensuite has incredible views! You'll even be able to watch wildlife while sitting on the large deck looking at the lake and mountain views.

Bringing a boat or trailer? Please be sure to let your hosts know. Due to the road conditions getting to and from the home, we would like the opportunity to review and discuss in order to set expectations. We can also provide recommendations if bringing the boat or trailer up to the home won't work out.

Outside cameras: For security purposes, we have three outdoor cameras: one at the front, one looking to the south side and one looking west over the back yard. These cameras help us with weather monitoring, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.

Lake Chelan has a lot to offer for every group. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Chelan and Manson have to offer. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events that Manson and Chelan host (Small Town Holidays, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, winery hosted dinners and so much more!).

Damage Protection Policy: The total cost of your reservation for this Property will include a damage protection policy (if you do not select the refundable damage deposit only option, which is $1,500). The Damage Protection Policy covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances).
