The hotel itself needed quite a bit of maintenance. The room was dirty. The furniture had holes. The comforter had burn holes from cigarettes. The front desk personnel was extremely rude, and lacked social skills in addition to customer service skills.

Room was ok. It was missing a few lightbulbs, and there wasn’t a breakfast bar. Price was kind of high, ($178)/night, for that kind of experience in my opinion.

Convenient location to Cherokee and surrounding areas. The pictures online are not what you get though. This hotel is older and in need of an update and deep clean. Don't let this throw you off, still worth a stay!

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and I appreciated being able to park in front of my room so that transferred luggage was easy. I had a room with a small and separate living room with a desk which I used a lot.

Stay anywhere but here!!!
Room was extremely dated and dirty. Smelled terrible. Mold everywhere in bathroom. Hole in the ceiling between bathroom and main room...you could actually see bathroom light thru hole.Walls peeling in entire room. Little spiders everywhere. The bed was comfortable and linens appeared to be only clean thing in room. We seriously considered sleeping in car. Really wish we had taken pictures but we stayed in room as little as possible. The motel is on the river so it was a peaceful location and the view from the balcony was the only nice thing about the room.
