Room was cold despite adjusting the temperature also we had our evening meal at the Gastro Pub and later that night my wife was extremely ill with sickness and diarrhoea and has now got food poisoning.

The Hotel was perfect, beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, beautiful surroundings, nothing to find fault at at all apart from on the night we stayed the heating in our room was not working, the room was cold. We notified reception and a member of staff came up to our room, she looked at the temperature gauge and agreed it wasnt working We where told the maintenance team finished at 7 p.m. so there was nothing that could be done aoart from offering us blankets and a heater. We where unable to use the heater as i have asthma and heaters,make me cough. We where just surprised that an alternative room wasnt offered or a part refund wasnt taken off our bill at check out.

I had a birthday party lunch and stayed over at the hotel with family for a few days. Everything was just perfect - the food, the staff, the atmosphere etc. Seb the general manager was extremely helpful & friendly and went all out to make it a special occasion for us. Sophie the assistant restaurant manager and all the staff were fantastic. Would definitely highly recommend & look forward to our next visit. Thank you once again

We loved the Palm Court and our Superior room. The pool and changing rooms need updating and making more space to put more loungers as there is nowhere to go after you have used the pool and sauna. The jacuzzi is too small for the size of the hotel and its clientele.

Not what I expected. Wrong room on arrival. Late wake up call. Lifts outrageously placed and organised. Hair dryer in drawer unusable unless on the floor level. Coffee tray on bottom shelf of unit had to stoop to ankle level to raise onto room unit. Kettle coudnt fit under tap neither could the cups. Only mirror was on a dresser pushed into a corner by the wall. Had to step out of or back into lift to allow staff bringing food across your path from 3 feet away in kitchen. Really. No lift or exit signs for lift, that are in kitchen area. Holds only 3 without bags! All show no comfort. Paid for 3 nights left on the early morning after 2 nd night. Coudnt do another night. TV rediculious. Not a handle or bar to hold onto in shower. 3 disabled parking spaces for whole hotel. One wet room. Really. Never stay again.
