One bedroom, one full bath, studio apartment. Private off the street parking and entrance. We invite you to enjoy everything our private residence has to offer: private inground pool, seasonal hot tub, lush grounds and outdoor seating. The space is well equipped with a queen sized bed, linens, washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator, dinette, toiletries, lux robes... everything you could possibly need to escape the hustle and bustle of life. An additional sleeper sofa, crib, etc. are available at request. Walk to the waterfront or historic district, ride bikes on back country roads. We are more than happy to help arrange paddleboard and kayak adventures!

Great location, lovely stay
Very happy I booked this property for my stay in Chestertown. I was attending a wedding close to the property so it was conveniently located, only a few min drive away. Host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The property itself was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the little touches too like having some drinks stocked in fridge and other things like make up removal wipes, etc. I would stay here again if ever in the area!

There was no coffee available, the cot bed was extremely uncomfortable for my daughter and there was no TV satellite/cable available which was listed under amenities. They also list dishes and utensils but none of that was there. Also the dining table they have is a tiny outdoor cafe set with foldable chairs. Very uncomfortable. No where other than the bed to sit comfortably.

We liked the hot tub tho' it wasn't very hot. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Some items were missing. For example there was a nice coffee maker but no mug or cup. The table and chairs were inadequate: not comforatable or useful to write or eat. The host was responsive.

Gorgeous property and great communication
Had a wonderful stay in this very private 1 bed/1br suite. The property manager was friendly, courteous and had great communication. A swim and a layabout on the pool deck was a beautiful way to start our day. They even left some complementary beverages in the fridge for us! Our only nit, if we had to name one, was that the futon was on the small side for our two kids (8&4) to share, and a bit thin on the padding. But that was a very minor inconvenience. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in a very nice, sleepy town near the water.

Wonderful stay in charming town
My husband and I went to Chestertown for a wedding at Brittland Farm. It was a wonderful venue. Our stay in Chestertown was great. Our host did not interrupt our stay at all, the studio was very clean and served our purposes. It had a private entrance. Neighborhood was lovely, close to town, and quiet. Would most definitely stay there again.

This apartment was excellent in every way. Only 2 miles from downtown Chestertown in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Property and apartment were immaculate. Loved having access to the pool and hot tub. Communication with property owners was maybe the best I have ever had with any VRBO say. Will definitely book again.

The accommodations were adequate. We didn’t spend anytime during the day at the place. In the evening, when we wanted to unwind we found out that the TV connection was a Firestick, so we couldn’t get live TV. Apparently the memory was full, so we couldn’t log into any streaming services like Netflix. There was a coffee maker, but no sugar, creamer or artificial sweetener. There was a small frig, but no ice. There were no instructions about how to open the hot tub, although the owner did tell me when I texted her.

Our living area was just as stated on VRBO. Our hosts were lovely and always available if we had a need. Our room was very clean, with absolutely beautiful and quiet surroundings - just what we needed. Very nicely furnished and clean room. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was that the television had a fire stick and was hard to navigate and the bed had a foam mattress that was not comfortable.
