Staff was friendly and helpful finding a good local place to have dinner. Our room was clean and comfortable. I read earlier reviews about lack of cleanliness and found no evidence of that during our experience. It was a good value for the money. The only negative is train noise but all hotels in this area deal with that.

First room had not been cleaned. Toilet was nasty, food in refrigerator, not vacuumed, etc Changed rooms and the second room was not much better. It was dirty also, no toiletries, had not been vacuumed, trash in cans, etc. Would not stay again, terrible. Don’t judge all My Place Hotels by this location. Some are very well managed and clean.

My room was not as clean as other hotels I stayed at during my travels. My sheets had blood stains, there was hons of hair hidden in the shower curtain and the tops of dressers were not cleaned. It was gross. The hotel appeared to look nice but the lack of cleaning details was disappointing.
