Very practical hotel
Excellent value. There is no need to spend extra money at Kaihimmakuhari or other more notable stations. This hotel is a bit old, but the service was sensational. The 'Friendly Limousine Bus' should get you reasonably close to this hotel. I will stay here again. Really liked the value. There is also a convenience store at the station (maybe 150m away).

ディズニー後に、大人１人＆小学生２人でツイン(大人２人)で宿泊しました。 舞浜駅から千葉みなと駅まで乗換えなしで30分。 東京方面や西船橋方面は混雑していましたが、蘇我方面は座ることができました。 朝食のチキンが美味しくて、パンに挟んでバーガーにしていただきました。 お部屋は清潔でゆっくり過ごすことができました。 あえて気になる点をあげるなら、他のお部屋のトイレを流す音が響くことくらいです。

チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズで良かった。気になったのは部屋に入った瞬間からタバコの匂いがした事と、電車の音や周りの宿泊客の声が聞こえること。駅からすぐなので迷うこともないです。ホテルの朝食を利用するはずだったが、テーブルが利用人数に見合ってないため諦めた。
