Good location. We stayed in the larger room with a pull out sofa. Room size was perfect for girls weekend. We needed three beds which is why we booked this hotel. Unfortunately the mattress on the sofa bed was horrible. Rooms also need a little bit of TLC but other than that it was a good deal for the price. Staff was great!

I love this hotel. It's always my go-to stop when in Chicago. I feel very comfortable there. I love the view, waking up to look out at the Hancock building and all the pretty lit skyscrapers. I really like the location, which is close to a CVS, a grocery store, Starbucks, and parking. Staff are always friendly. Jerome went out of his way to make me happy. Every staff member was eager and willing to make my stay comfortable. The only reason I did not give all the stars this time was because the cold air does come through the windows easily. So when on the bed one side your cold and the other side of the bed the loud heater is blowing directly on your face. I couldn't sleep with the sound and dehydrating air so I had to deal with the cold. They have a fridge and a great cafe and bar. It's a fun hotel. I still will make one of my top choices in Chicago.
