I loved the staff! At check in and check out, they were really helpful. It’s super convenient and quick walk from CVS, Magnificent Mile and lots of restaurants. It’s also a 10 minute walk from the blue line which takes you right to the airport

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. You can’t go wrong with this location as everything is within walking distance, restaurants bars, anything really. It’s connected to a Beatrix, which has great food and drinks. The only downside are the occasional ambulances nearby but the locationvmakes up for that.

The carpet in the room was surprisingly worn. There was one bottle of water that I wasn't sure was left by the hotel or the previous occupant. One of the channels on the TV didn't come in even though it was on the guide (We didn't spend a lot of time in the room but we did want to relax at night watching some TV. The room was much smaller than anticipated but it is called "Aloft", it was a loft area.

Great property and great location. Room was very cozy, clean , comfortable bed and nice view. Hotel has a great restaurant with a cute patio. Located on a very live street with lots of options for dinning and entertainment. Will return for sure.
