Friendly staff. Breakfast only provided if pay extra. You get a discount at neighboring restaurant but selection is not great. Walls paper thin and mattress was very worn. I don’t plan on staying at this location again even though the rates were really good

It was CRAP! I’m sure you are not gonna post this to your site. You cleaning ladies were the only friendly staff there. Front Desk was useless when inquiring about alternate parking . I had to inquire on the streets. NEVER COFFEE in the two huge pots you had . Your shower curtains were to short . Being very careful I still had a small water mess after showering. I have stayed at many Best Westerns and enjoyed them immensely . This is the worst ever . Anybody ever ask me about a Chicago stay for a game or vacation . I will make sure they avoid this very very outdated hotel. Give your cleaning ladies a raise they deserve it . The rest need to be replaced.

This was our first time staying here and I will definitely come back here again when we visit. I've stayed at many great hotels in Chicago but I love the convenience and dining options. Plus it was clean and the satff was very friendly!

This hotel is in an excellent location for access to many of the museums. It was a short walk across Grant Park to Shedd Aquarium. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive the room was a bit dated but functional. The beds were extremely uncomfortable but that was to be expected at this price point. They provided a playpen for our infant and it was clean and structurally sound. There are many restaurant near or a short walk from this restaurant and the French bakery adjacent to the lobby was excellent.
