The hotel is very nice and our room was recently remodeled and therefore in considerably good condition. The elevators were very responsive so never had to wait long. The restaurant was nice and prices were reasonable..

Everything was amazing at this hotel. Check in was great, Justin was so polite!! Breakfast was really good and I had the M club access for appetizers and soda/water/coffee and it was wonderful. We were in the renovated rooms and they are beautiful. I don't know how many are finished being renovated but maybe ask for one when checking in. They are really nice.

Nice hotel in Oakbrook w/ tiny tiny bathrooms
Nice Hotel with spacious clean lobby, and clean, comfortable rooms. Luxurious sheets Only problem were the bathroom/shower. It is tiny. Barely enough room to even close the door. Perfect for Hobbits. But the sink area is outside, so thats something.

I won't be back.
I was fortunate to be in a remodeled room, but be aware, lots of noise from other floors during the daytime hours. Also, it's incredibly dark in the room - even the bathroom vanity is poorly lit. Putting on makeup is a nightmare. Also, quite cold in the room.
