Room is small but fine for 2 people. There is an iPad controlling lighting & the TV. King bed was firm & comfortable. The shower is great. instant hot water. Nice light blocking blind. Good location. We didn’t eat there as we were out very early each day of the 3days we were there.

Cool hotel and concept. The staff who were there were friendly but there were delays in checkin due to rooms not being cleaned on time. The hotel seemed understaffed, again the staff there during our stay did their best to manage a backlog of guests waiting for checkin

I did not care for the hotel at all. It might be ok for young, mobile, and single guest. Room was tiny, furniture lay out is too tight to the point that one side of the bed was against the wall. It might sound good but in practice, your partner need to jump over you to go to the bath room at night. Everything is based on a pad and tech. Light switches and curtain controls were confusing. Very good location . Very few staff were friendly . Most were like robots in line with the hotel theme of using tech.

One the best hotels to stay at in Chicago
We love coming to CitizenM the rooms may be small but its just a different vibe. The Workers are all super nice and will help with anything. They are just amazing with everything. There patio on the 4th floor is stunning and has a really nice view of Michigan ave.

Hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed in. The rooms are a bit “compact” but not an issue for us. Especially since it was all teched out and modern. Super hipster and cool vibe. Will ALWAYS rent from here from now on. Love loved it!
