The property was cute and clean. Although the room I was 1st assigned to, had an issue with the water not getting hot enough for a warm shower, the staff was aware of the issue and immediately changed my room and sent maintenance to check the water in the new room. I enjoyed my stay and would return again. Parking is not free at this location as listed on the booking site. Prepare for hefty parking costs if staying for an extended time.

This is the third time we've stayed at the Claridge Hotel in Old Town Chicago. Our room (a Deluxe King on the 12th Floor) was quiet, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect—close to many good restaurants and in a safe, walkable area. Note the parking provided by the hotel does not allow in/out access, but there are other parking options nearby if that's something you need. The staff are exceptionally helpful, welcoming and kind - shout out to Ruby at the front desk (sorry your Packers team lost to our Lions!). I highly recommend the Claridge Hotel for anyone visiting Chicago.

We had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the building itself was very nice. Love that it was within walking distance to a lot of the retail in the area. The only flag I had was that the water did not get very hot in the shower. But other than that the room was extremely clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!
