Hotel was excellent. We had mistakenly booked the wrong dates on a non-refundable reservation. We added a separate reservation which we made direct with the hotel. The hotel was able to keep us in the same room.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel is brilliant, easy walking distance to many major attractions, central, and safe. Some staff were really helpful and accommodating, others were a bit standoffish (a very weird response to me asking to use a phone). Having stayed in other CQ hotels, disappointing not to have a guest cupboard with amenities, but the water dispensers were great. Clean comfortable room and would stay again!

This is the second time I've stayed at Club Quarters, Central Loop Chicago. This stay was perfect. Had a corner room with lots of windows. It was a small room (twin beds), but was very comfortable. Will be back again next trip to Chicago - location is walking distance to Chicago Union Station (Trains).
