My kids liked the continental breakfast in the morning. Granted the sausage tended to be dry and over cooked. Housekeeping service was nonexistent unless requested. During our 5-night housekeeping never came to change the garbage cans, make the beds or refresh the towels. it wasn't until the 3rd day that i had to ask for towels did, they come and replace those and empty the trash. They never made the beds like at typical hotels I have stayed at for work.

The desk personnel was very unprofessional, making too much small talk with a couple, talking to a young child in the sitting area while there was an other people waiting. I said I would like to check in, hoping to prompt her back to doing her job and she told me, yeah when you wait your turn. Awful.

Very average breakfast. Cleanliness below average especially outside the room and elevators. Breakfast area garbage can overflowing and the guy working that day saw it, yet wouldn't move a muscle to empty it, Asked to open the fitness room at 7am, the front desk person, David says, we don't open till 8, besides the guy just got here, pointing to the person who was taking the keys. Neither the two treadmills nor the elliptical were in working condition.

Front desk staffs rude and unprofessional
It was very unpleasant stay , the hotel is sketchy , front desk staffs rude and unprofessional. When I arrived in the morning, the front desk clerk charged extra fee to checked me because I arrived earlier. After I checked in, I found out the hotel room had marajuana smell. I requested for room change. The clerk told me that there was no vacant rooms available at the moment but I could switch to a new hotel room on the next day. On October 22, I spoke to the front desk manager to request room change at 11:00am, She refused to help and I told her that previous clerk promised me to change room for me the next day. I went back to my room and shared my bad experience on the hotel survey. Few minutes later, the front desk manager got infuriated at me over phone and asked why I wrote a bad review for the hotel. Because I wrote a bad review, they agreed to change the room for me. They gave the room which wasn’t ready. So I went to ask the house keeper who was busy cleaning. I knocked at door to get her attention but she did not answer. So I left the decaf coffee bags in the cart and picked up a box of facial tissue missing from my hotel room. I was about to unpack my luggages, the front manger called me and asked me to leave. She retaliated that I need to check out now n she called the police on me, 3 officers showed up to my hotel room while I was packing to leave. The hotel charged me 2 nights but I stayed one night and some unauthorized fees.

The tub was dirty, no extra towels, the keys didn’t work had to keep going to the front desk, she wasn’t at the desk half the time I had to keep waiting on her, and when I got there she charged me an extra 15 dollars
