Entire staff top notch! Pool and hot tub were terrific and welcome. Our bathroom shower handle was wonky and need repair soon but worked. The rest of the room was great z Breakfast was so-so. Second time here - definitely will stay again. Location perfect for Chicago north suburbs.

Convenient location it’s wonderful that you don’t need to pay for parking. There’s plenty of parking around easy access in and out of the place however, be careful because some of the rooms are smoking. I didn’t realize that when I ordered it and luckily we were able to change it, but then we did not get the bedding of two beds instead we had to up to a king bed with a sofa bed

All good until the end :(
The entire stay was amazing until the very end. I chose this hotel due to the 12 pm chrckout. At 11 there was a knock at the door and someone saying time to checkout! When i showed them the text I had that let us stay until noon, they said ok and let us be. Then at 1147 they were back again, this time trying to enter the room. Everything else was fantastic. The woman who checked us in Saturday night was enthusiastic and friendly, room was great, breakfast was fine, but that last hour made it seem like they wanted us gone. Ruined an otherwise great stay.
