What makes me mad I arrived at 11 most hotel you can check in at 11 but in this hotel check in at 4 pm and if you want to check early you have to pay extra money . So you check in at 4 pm and you have to check out at 11 am.

Very dirty. Someone vomited in the A/C unit. Not enough towels for three of us. Didn’t even clean our room the last day. Ran out of tp and Kleenex. Staff unfriendly and curt. The window hasn’t been cleaned in years. Never again. Over $200 a night!

I typically always stay here on my trips to Chicago because of the convenience of locations and cleanliness. Unfortunately this stay was a bit different it was a bit loud in hallways and there appears to be a mosquito nest or issue on the hotel after switching my room for killing multiple bugs only to experience the same in the new room. Also my bedding still has hair on it and shower had someone left over razor so I am concerned with the effectiveness of housekeeping
