We really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. there was a small issue that needed cleaning when we arrived but once we alerted the em to it, they cleaned up the mess. The Breakfast was great. It was central to everything Great place and would definitely stay again. rooms are really spacious. .

Property was overall nice and it was an enjoyable stay. Fell a bit short from an excellent review because of breakfast (some of the food items in the serving area were cold), and housekeeping (there were only 2 bath towels and no blanket for the 3rd person in the suite). After calling twice to request towels/blanket, waited over 45 min to get that 3rd towel and then eventually had to go down to reception to see what the issue was. Front desk resolved the towel issue, but the 3rd person ended up only having a sheet to cover herself.

Just one complain. There is a restaurant downstairs which holds parties, weddings, etc. The music and loud talks you can hear all the way on the 8th floor via hvac ducts that are conveniently located in the room and bathroom. Noise was going on all the way to after 4am.. Other then that no complains, friendly staff, great walkable location, good breakfast

Hotel is great for families at a really good price for downtown Chicago. I would recommend to ask for a higher floor though. Garbage trucks empty dumpsters at 5am every morning and the windows do not provide any noise reduction.

We are just back from a week in chicago and could not say enough good things about the Embassy Suites River North. The rooms are great with lots of room and beds really comfortable. We travelled as a damily of 5 ( 2 adults 2 teenage children and one 9 year old). Breakfast was really good every morning with lots of options. Staff are really nice. We also enjoyed the hotel pool and evening drinks reception (compliments of the hotel). I have visited Chicago a number of times in the last 20 years and i will be making Embassy Suites my go to place going forward. .

We had a very nice stay as the room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. One important issue does not concern the hotel so much as the neighborhood on State street. For two nights we were disturbed from our sleep on multiple occasions due to motorcyclists racing in the middle of the night....(between 1am and 4 am). There were multiple police and fire sirens that were very loud and disturbed our rest. Other than this, the hotel is excellent and the breakfast and beverage service were greatly appreciated.
