Staff rude, surly, generally reluctant to help, and apparently lazy. There is ONE luggage cart only, and staff blatantly refused to help locate it. This is just a totally disappointing group of staff members, except for one who found me a fork. No coffee in the rooms. I won’t ever choose this chain again.

Run down and old property. Kitchenette in the room was empty. No pots, silverware. Useless. I needed a key replacement around 10pm and had to wait for the staff who was napping in the office to attend to me. Customer service needs improvement.

This hotel needs a facelift. Looks like it’s stuck in the 90s. Definitely smells like people smoke in the rooms. It was affordable at 2 am on a Friday. Staff is great!

It was in a good area and not far from our event. Could use better cleaning in elevator and rooms dusty but clean. Staff very polite and efficient and knew how to check us in quickly. At least he told us it was a grab and go breakfast and not buffett. It was still really nice. Shower water nice and hot but not soft water which was still ok. Will be using them again.

I paid for a 2 night stay although I only stayed one night. My plane arrived late so I ended up checking in early Saturday morning. The problem lies with the unavailability of my paid room. I had to wait because the room I paid for was given to someone else. The receptionist seemed bothered because of my late check in and lacked customer service.

Even though we checked in and spent a few minutes in our room before attending a memorial service, we ended up not staying. After the memorial service (which brought us to Burr Ridge in the first place), we decided to drive the 2 1/2 hours home. Partly what led to this decision was the condition of the room. The bathroom floor was dirty, the air vent looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, and the refrigerator was filthy. Loud music and conversations could be heard throughout the hallway. The young man behind the desk was wonderful, though. He was polite and respectful and concerned that we chose not to stay.

Very disappointed
When trying to initially open the night stand drawer, it broke. The front of the door almost came off. We wanted to report it immediately so we wouldn’t be charged. We were going to call the front desk with the room phone, but phone doesn’t work either. I then went downstairs to the front desk to report the issues and the lady working was very rude and unhelpful. On top of that, the sink doesn’t drain and there were dirty handprints all over the windows and letters someone has written out in the condensation. It clearly was not cleaned. I’m very dissatisfied

We had a good experience here. Staff was friendly and professional. The property looked mostly clean. The carpet has a strong odor, which I'm not sure why there's still carpet in hotels anymore. The morning coffee thingy is ok, lots of junk food choices. Also, Wi-Fi was not working properly or as advertised. Overall, I'd come back and recommend
