At this particular Extended Stay was there for 3 days on a UPS Teamster business meeting. The room I was in 132 had no ventilation upon cooking & using the kitchen. The exhaust fan above the stove wasn't connected to an outlet to remove the smoke accumulated in the room. The fan blew the smoke right back into your face & filled the entire room with smoke making it impossible to remain in the room. Had to sit outside for over 3 hours until the smoke cleared. All my clothes smelled like burnt cooking smoke. The windows were screwed shut to where it would only open one inch. I would not recommend this particular Extended Stay in 2000 Roselle Rd in Schaumburg to any UPS Teamster. Johnny Bell. UPS Teamster #50266.

The television channels are not as represented in the distributed guide. Limited local channels. Staff advised issue is with in the entire building and has been addressed. No resolution in the last to weeks. Security; (1) exterior door does not lock. A few card readers are not working.

Nobody knew anything because "they only work here part time", "they are just here from another facility covering for lack of staff". Could not get any questions answered-felt like a prison stay with no guards/info. I would never "EXTEND" my stay here.

Purchase new bedding… Stained sheets with holes are unacceptable I don’t care if the room was $10 per night! Remove old appliances, how do you expect anyone to use a dirty refrigerator, I wouldn’t even place my bottle water in it! Last but I’m sure not least HIRE NEW HOUSEKEEPING TEAM! The rooms are smelly and dirty!!! FIX IT!!!

I’m not too picky about too much, but this place was not clean what’s so ever. Walls were covered with filth. Floor was sticky, hair everywhere! Furniture looked like they found them on the side of the road. It was too late when we got there to get a refund, or another hotel. We literally went and bought Clorox wipes to clean this nasty room, and the blanket we had in the car to sleep on, use our sweatshirts as blankets, and threw everything out when we left. Worst experience ever! It was disgusting, I still don’t feel clean

The staff at the desk try their best. Howeer, barking dogs seldom allow you to sleep well. Corridors are full of cigarates (or other substances) bad smells. The shower was totally out of function during my arrival night. The "breakfast" was not not a breakfast, just sugar soaked muffins. You can easily get shouting and highly disturbing voices from the other rooms. Overall, the owner should think it to transfer it to pets' hotel.
