Air conditioner was noisy, refrigerator made sounds like a growling dog,,the bottom of my socks got dirty from the carpet and they forgot to enter my request for a 3am wakeup call so i missed my flight,,,never again will i stay at a Extended Stay hotel !!!

This is worst experience. 1. Staff wasn't aware about I have 2 rooms, overall both rooms were in bad shape but 1 was totally dirty. Hair on bed, missing blanket, dirty kitchen, you name it. And didn't look like they have staff to take care about it. 2. Breakfast is a formality, 1-2 items and had to ask multiple times for refills. 3. They have bad reputation in neighborhood as I spoke to nearby restaurant manager. Expedia, request if you can't verify the property please don't add it on your website. Rating was 7 which was never the case on what I saw.

The place was decent, the only problen was that my room smelled like stale smoke. My thoat was scratchy in the morning. Otherwise, it was fine.

When I got there the person behind the death was rude he told me if I don't have a $50 deposit that I could get out of his hotel he made me cancel my room he will get disrespect for him rude and for that to be a business if they got people there that act like that they don't need to be open

Upon check-in, the 1st room we were assigned had not been cleaned in any way. Dirty sheets piled on the bed, the previous room key on the counter, trash everywhere, dirty bathroom. I immediately went downstairs to inform the desk clerk. Very apologetic and helpful in getting us another room. 2nd room was sufficient, but outdated. No phone in the room to use to call front desk at 9:30 to complain about dogs barking that had been left alone in room next door. My husband went down to the front desk and they said the people just stepped outside and should return quickly. About 30 minutes later, we could hear they did return and dogs quieted down. Then around 1am, someone in the hotel started arguing loudly. Could not tell if it was in a room or in a hallway. No phone in the room to be able to call front desk, and we noticed earlier that it was posted there is no one physically at the front desk overnight, so even if we felt safe enough to leave our room to go to desk, no guarantee we could reach anyone. The ruckus finally died down around 4am. At 6:30am, i ventured down to speak to desk clerk and explained all the issues. He advised he had no way to reach the manager, but I could call her on Monday. I went back to my room and advised my husband. He then went downstairs and got in a heated conversation with the clerk that this response was unacceptable. The clerk told my husband he was not going to contact the manager now because my husband was speaking rudely to him. Terrible se
