The rooms were extremely dry-We had to ask for a humidifier and it was delivered. Otherwise, the staff was friendly the Gold Lounge was wonderful for my family to use. This is our second Fairmont location to use (first in Toronto) and we hope to use Fairmont for all our future staycations and vacations.

Staff was so kind and friendly! They gave us a complimentary upgrade which was so amazing! Very nice & clean rooms with nice views. Definitely will be back! Even got a free drink at the bar ❤️

Old dirty rooms, stains on towels and hair in shower, pillows, bathroom floor. Tiny rooms , non working outlets, broken coffee machine. Asked for this got be fixed in vain. Hotel disent live up to its name and reputation.

Amazing team amazing stay. Friendliest team at a hotel i have encountered. Great holiday decor. Still wondering why our room floors sloped. Everyone i asked had a different answer. Lol didn't bother me and we rolled a ball down the diff slopes because one team member was like our floors don't slope.

Good spot, close to transit and walking distance to downtown destinations. Reasonable value for price, although the "urban experience fee" isn't worth it compared to other options in the area.

Expensive stay for the issues experienced
All the staff were extremely nice and helpful especially Benjamin. The issue that I had was the hidden fees such as the non refundable pet charge of $150. It only stated pet friendly in the description and upon check in found out about the fee and it was quite the distance to a couple of places for my dog to relieve herself as there was nothing at the hotel so very inconvenient. The other undisclosed charges were valet parking $81 and something called Urban experience fee $25. With all the charges it ended up being a $260 stay. The room wasn’t entirely clean as there were long hairs in the bathroom shower and floor. The shower head had weak pressure.
