We arrived rented 2 rooms and arrived at the property 3 hours prior to check in. The rooms were to be premium city view and next to each other. The lady at the check in said she’d put a rush on the rooms. We returned at 4:30 (check in is normally at 4) and another clerk said the rooms weren’t ready that she’d put a rush on them. My wife said that’s what they told us 3-1/2 hours ago. So they gave us rooms on a different floor. They weren’t together and ours had a chair with broken legs stuffed in a corner and a column blocking much of the view. We have stayed here multiple times and we were sorely disappointed. The hotel staff did nothing to try and make it up to us. It’s very doubtful that we will return.

Staff was very rude would not let me take birthday photos I’m the lobby even though I had a room there but later on in the day I seen multiple people taking photos in the lobby etc and the staff did not say anything to them..
