For me the only issue is check in time was a bit much. I arrived at 12 noon and was told they would put a rush on my room and 4 hours later not a phone call or anything. I finally went up to desk and asked if i possibly could get a room because i needed to change for a meeting and dinner. She said sure . This happens everyvyear.

The place is going down hill fast. Mold in the shower, lots of needed repairs. Holes in the ceiling and stuff like that.

It’s the worse hotel I’ve ever been to be honest. I trusted the IHG brand and didn’t dig into the reviews. The side entrance door was not locked, even though it says “use your card for entry”. I didn’t feel safe in the hotel. Police was called to the unit nearby one night. AC was LOUD. Bathroom door was old and not maintained. Staying at this place was literally a nightmare.

For a hotel in the holiday inn franchise this was a horrible experience. Elevators out of compliance. One had broken glass on the floor Fire sprinkler system out of order (very surprising they can keep their doors open with a fire suppression system that is clearly in bad shape). Carpets dirty. Landscaping horrible. Phone in room did not work. Cops were called to handle some disturbances in one of the rooms. Only the first floor ice maker was working. This place should be shutdown until at least safety related issues are solved.

Our room seemed like it had only had half of the housekeeping done. There were used, dirty washcloths on the tub edge, no body soap, the coffee machine had only decaf, no cups, no creamer, no sugar to use. Carpets were badly stained in all hallways as well. Loud at night. Front desk staff very nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I would give this hotel 0/10 or 0/5 stars. I’ve stayed at motels better than this. The lobby is deceivingly nice with its modern design, giving the impression that the rooms and overall experience will be pleasant. However, as soon as you leave the lobby and head to your room, it becomes clear that the entire place is a dump. The contrast between the lobby and the guest rooms is a slick trick by the hotel owners. The elevators are filthy, the rooms are dirty and extremely outdated—like they haven’t been renovated since the Carter administration. The carpets are stained and dirty, both in the rooms and the hallways. The towels smell unwashed, with a moldy odor. I had to switch rooms because my first one had exposed live wires near the air conditioner, along with the same issues of dirty carpets and towels. Unfortunately, the second room was no better, although it didn’t have the exposed wires. This room featured an air conditioner that was as loud as a jet engine and couldn’t be turned off because none of the buttons worked. The only solution was to unplug it. Since I checked in very late, I spent the night in a room with no A/C—in the middle of summer. Great. I was booked for 3 nights.. I left after the first night and went to a Marriott hotel and had a good experience. This hotel has been getting terrible reviews for years, and the owners just reply to these reviews with: “sorry! We’ll do better next time”. It’s all b.s. ..stay away.

Property showing its age, but overall a good experience. Was expecting a little more from the breakfast “buffet” than coffee/juice and assorted breads/bagels/cereals- especially with pictures in the dining area showing full plates of assorted cooked foods. All in all though, a pleasant stay
