The bed was a full, not a queen. The noise of heating vents and plumbing was loud and not able to sleep. Disturbance - some persons knocked/beat on our door after 11pm with loud shouting. water pressure low and no hot water from sink. Coffee unit did not work. The staff were friendly and polite. I did advised the desk staff of these concerns.

Unfortunately, we had a group of people partying loudly right outside our door until at least 3am. They were talking loudly and yelling at times, and they were also loudly knocking on doors and slamming doors. Our room was located on the side of the building farthest away from the lobby, so I guess there was no staff walking through this area at all? They have security cameras though, but maybe they don't actually work or nobody was monitoring them? Anyway, in the morning, we could hear the adults from another room singing "Baby Shark" to their child. The bathroom, while pretty nice and has plenty of counter space, has terrible shower water temperature control. The water temperature was a little cold up until we were already more than halfway done with shower (I had goosebumps from being cold in the shower, while showering), and then suddenly, it immediately turned scalding hot. I like hot showers, but the water was actually hurting me. The temperature remained the same even though I gradually turned the valve toward cold. It was still the same extreme hot temperature with the valve turned halfway, and then it became cold again. So really, there are only two temperatures. My whole body was red when I got out of the shower. Other than that, the beds were nice and the room was clean. We did have a terrible view when we looked out the window though. It was the view of the back alley and the dumpster.

Clean and Comfortable. Location is excellent from the city, ORD and Skokie. Bar Louie in the facility. Another diner right next door. There is another shopping mall just a short walk across the street. We felt safe. Parking lot is super lit up at night. Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash/Lotion/Hand Soap were bottled dispensers on the wall. Room temp was perfect - adjusted by the thermostat on the wall, not the window unit. Bed was comfy, pillows fluffy and sheets clean. Coffee machine was clean and well stocked. Fridge was cold and clean. Lots of space for our luggage. Lots of space to do some work, as well. Shower had good pressure and water heated up quickly. Carpet seemed clean, we always use slippers, like at home. There is a well equipped gift shop, and a couple of vending machines in the lobby. We didnt have breakfast, but it was in Bar Louie, so it may have been good. We definitely will come back whenever we are in town!

The rooms were not clean at all. It was disgusting, the shower clearly wasn’t cleaned out after the last visit. It has hair, dirt, and some sticky stuff in it. When you shower the tub fills even with the drain open. The room smelled like cigarettes and sweat . The toilet had sticky residue on it. I booked a king bed and they only had a room with 2 double beds. The directions to the room were unclear and the building is a maze!
