My one-night stay was fantastic! The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the luxurious bedding and the spacious bathroom. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for a short stay

People... The staff was wonderful. I am a choice hotel diamond member but there was no hotel in the area that could fit my needs so I went with this hotel and I think I'm going to stay with this brand because choice has been going down rapidly. The beds were super comfy The pillows were out of this world but the staff made my stay wonderful. I have been dealing with health issues but I still wanted to bring my grandchildren to Chicago to see the museums and aquariums and we stayed at this hotel. the buffet people helped with my grandchildren in the morning and unfortunately one of my grandchildren left a bag of our swimsuits in the lobby before we left and the hotel called and let us know and held it for us until we could come return to get it back. The bag held a blanket that my 16-year-old grandson has had since he was a baby so it was so important to me to get it back. I think I'm going to jump ship with choice hotels because I've been so not happy with their customer service and start staying at the Hilton brand because of this wonderful experience that we had at this hotel. The whole place with very clean and sparkling The management team needs to give the whole staff a high five for jobs well done. And this is not coming lately if you read any of my other reviews I'm a very picky person to please.

This will be the second time I stay at this property. This time I had a rental car and it’s free to park. They have a huge parking lot which is great if you get there before 8 pm. We unfortunately got hungry at about 9pm and drove across the street (it was raining) and got some food. When we got back- there was no parking so we parked by the main road and got drenched while walking to the hotel. I don’t understand why the lot was full- I highly doubt that these were all HIE patrons.

Very easy location for an early morning flight out of O'Hare. Wish they had a shuttle, and wish breakfast started before 7am...we had to leave before they had breakfast out. Hotel is newer and lobby is nice. Room was relatively clean although there were used towels hanging on a hook behind the door that the crew must have missed. We also struggled to find an outlet that worked. We were too tired to call and have them fix it though.

We always choose holiday inn, my kids love this hotel and they don't want any other hotels. Thank you for the clean and family friendly service. Only the breakfast have no potato and waffle maker.
