We had a great stay at Homewood Suites in Chicago. We had a corner room with great views and a kitchen for a reasonable price. Breakfast was pretty good and included several hot items every day that changed daily (sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns) Other items were available every day, including boiled eggs, muffins, pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc.). The kids enjoyed the pool.

Would stay again in a heartbeat

We were in town for a show at the Studebaker theater and this location was perfect to walk to our show on Michigan Ave. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend highly. The breakfast was just mediocre but everything else made up for it.

I was advised by a worker to park in the garage across the street , and that it was in and out accessible parking. They only offer 70$ valet which is ridiculous and not stated clearly when booking. Well the garage was not a place where you could leave and go . So I was charged in total, in addition to the cost of the hotel and original parking 140$. Never again

I stayed a total of a week. I rebooked a couple times to extend my stay. The female behind the desk was wonderful during this experience. The room was clean, and what i was expecting. A couple down falls of the room were that in the bathroom the wallpaper is peeling off the wall. I wanted to use the laundry onsite but did not have six dollars in quarters. I asked a gentleman at the front desk. He was very rude when i asked for change. When i asked if there was somewhere close to het change he sugested a liquor store. The last couple days i was stuck in my room due to illness. The chromecast to the tv kept disconnecting. I reported it to yhe desk and they fixed it once but it kept happening.
