Nice view and out of downtown
Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. There was a little detail with the heat and the maintenance personnel showed up in seconds to fix it. The service was excellent, next morning the coffee shop has professional barista that really knows the trade. I will stay there again

Room heating system was noisy. kept going on and off during the night in general the hotel looks pretty shabby could use some replacement carpets, etc. I guess that’s why it’s relatively inexpensive because it’s in mediocre shape. And the idea of a resort fee is comical There’s nothing resort like at all that property.

My rooms ceiling looked as it had been fixed from a leak.The damage was not good .Its Chicago and I would of thought hotel would of had a down blanket on bed.My window did not have a curtain on it either.I did not complain to staff.I know the hotel was booked . And did not want to find a new hotel .My daughter lives two blocks from Lincoln Hotel.The voycher I was given for my two night stay at coffee shop on ground floor was not open on my 2nd morning .I would stay again ....And reserve a bigger room and view of Park. Thank you .

The property is in a great location and the rooftop is excellent, even during winter months. There’s free overnight parking on Stockton, if you can find it. Negatives-My room on the 6th floor was dated and the heating unit was really loud. Not a fan of the bathroom pocket doors.
