Not the easiest access to water. Have to go to the 3rd floor lounge which is not open 24 hours a day, otherwise get 2 water bottles when the room is cleaned for the day.

Such a beautiful nice clean comfortable room with a big beautiful bathroom and great A/C. Definitely my new favorite Chicago hotel.

The sheets had spots on them. Every time the a/c turned on it sounded like someone was knocking on the door. There was loud noise next door as if construction was going on.

Everything went pretty well! The shower door was unfortunately not able to shut all the way so the bathroom was soaked in water after one shower. I was also surprised there was no microwave! Still a great experience overall.

Normally, when I travel, I’m always concerned about hotels & their cleanliness because I am a huge germaphobe. Luckily I can leave this review with pleasure & much gratitude. I was impressed with my stay. I stayed in room 1115 & it was very clean with no complaints. The front desk was kind enough to store my luggage after check out time since my transportation was later that evening. I would recommend this hotel to family & friends. When I’m in Chicago this would be my choice of a hotel to stay at.

For a $420 room, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I both had back surgery and we did not feel good in the morning. Also, there were no drinks or snacks available. The area it extremely busy
